Lead partner of the project: RISEBA University of Applied Sciences is a private university with almost 30 years of experience, which offers competitive education and prepares high-level specialists and managers in business and creative industries for work in an international environment. Pupils have the opportunity to gain vocational education in Vocational Secondary School Victoria.
RISEBA has been accredited by the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Latvia and has also obtained International Quality Accreditation (CEEMAN) of the International Association for the development of management. RISEBA is the first HEI in the Baltics that has two programs EFMD program accredited (previously known as EPAS program accreditation. Accreditation has been given for a maximum of 5 years.  RISEBA plans to invest the obtained result of the project in education both VET "VICTORIA" and "RISEBA"

 


  Step by Step works with a large network in adult educations as well as we are participating in several international projects. Our network cover very different field, like Adult training centers, Universities, Hospitality fields, Entrepreneurs areas, as well as several big projects, work in diverse municipalities. We are working with the Unemployment sector and in Post COVID-19 situations, all activities and output which is planned in this project are seen as supportive and motivating for further development for the future. Our network will there be a fine platform for dissemination and discussion for planned activities and output

 

  EDUPRO as adult training providers will incorporate the created outputs (or parts of it) into non-formal training programs they offer to the adults who are trying to get back to the labor market - mainly taking into consideration soft skills ad some technical ones

 

  Com&Train specializes in digital literacy training, with a focus on bridging the gap between digital natives and digital immigrants. Offering a full package of skill gap analysis, program delivery, and advanced post-course skill tracking. The owners have over 20 years of experience within the field of communication and digital literacy. Our network has a broad diversity within different fields, like Adult training centers, Universities, Hospitality fields, Entrepreneurs areas as well as several big project work in diverse municipalities. We are working with the Unemployment sector and in Post COVID-19 situations, all activities, and output which is planned in this project are seen as supportive and motivating for further development for the future. Our network will there be a fine platform for dissemination and discussion for planned activities and output. We have a connection to a big variety of adult trainers, we can arrange seminars, workshops and last but not least have a good solid network for, discussions, feedback for validation, and dissemination.

 

  Estonian partner Eesti People to People NGO will include round table methods in their own portfolio for future activities in Estonia and abroad. Eesti People to People organizes very often meetings with different focus groups (national minorities, women, needs, etc.) and different stakeholders (decision-makers, entrepreneurs, etc.), so new methods and tools are necessary for this NGO. Estonian partner is looking forward to learning Nordic traditions and styles of the implementation round tables with the aim to adopt and integrate them in their own practice.
