1 Round of Round table method is done

In the workshop participate 30 persons (10 students, 10 teachers or trainers, and 10 experts). The 1 stage of the Round table methodology was completed. All data combined in one basic model of process management, target method was settled. 

The main result of the workshop was that all specialists, students, and teachers come together to investigate the main reasons for process management, and why some parts of processes don't work. 

We start 1 workshop with creation of common line for our purpose and the 1 version is: 

During 3 day work shop it was updated and evaluated till the stage 2, in picture bellow.

We finished part 1 and discover, that in Need analyses in all spheres of life we miss very important parts:

1. Survival kit - all those things what You need to survive in any cases of procedure or process

2. Investigation about stable market place (for that reason, to investigate it method "Target circle" was created (in picture bellow)

3.Innovation - was discovered that for good results mainly is very important include innovation in basic process management, and also that without any innovation problem in the process will be accrued

All three parts were left as homework for the partner organisations - to reflect, research and take notes until the next meeting in August 2022 - in Iceland, in order to be able to successfully continue working on the development of the method in the future. Even though only one workshop was conducted so far within the project, the result surpassed what was planned and the partners hope for a much more influential and stronger result, as it was originally planned. Because effective methods are formed in the work process and experts from different sectors make a significant contribution to achieving a common result.

• In general team develop more than 50 tasks, which should be observed in survival kit creation in any obstacles and process (Included in materials of methodology)
